Description
Giant Trevally has firm, dense and slightly oily meat. Once cooked meat turn into white, firm and flaky. It is very rich in Omega – 3.
Cooking tips:
Giant Trevally can be dry if overcooked, but Grilled, BBQ’d or Pan Fried lightly they are a pleasant eating fish. Skin is usually taken off to remove the dark oily bloodline.
