Fresh Sardine Spotted have a mild, slightly fishy flavour with a soft, flaky texture. Sardines are high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. Sardines are very bony fishes.

Use your favourite spices to create a more colourful dish. To grill should Marinate the sardines in lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and paprika in a shallow dish for 30 minutes
