Fresh Frigate Tuna, has a fine, unctuous flavour and compact, pink flesh. Frigate tuna is a blue fish that is high in omega-3 fatty acids and protein. In general has a creamy, buttery, salty, and Savory flavour with a subtle sweetness.

You can prepare it with or without marinade. People often make oil-based marinades for it containing fresh herbs. Other common cooking methods include boiling and stewing.
