Yes, you can mix different types of seafood in your purchase. However, please note that the minimum weight for each product should be 500g.
Yes, you can talk to our team anytime and discuss about your preorder and receive your products on time.
Once your order has been placed changes cannot be made. However, we understand your unavoidable circumstances therefore, you can contact us if you would prefer to cancel the order and place an amended one. Please contact us at +44 (0) 2035383384 and we will be happy to assist you.
There are fish we can offer on a bespoke order as long as we have a couple of days’ notice. Just email us or call us with your request and we can see what can be sourced.
You can choose a delivery date within our available schedule, which is limited to Wednesdays and Saturdays. Deliveries are typically made after 4 PM on those days. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred date, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We deliver twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All orders are scheduled according to this delivery timetable to ensure freshness and timely service.
Our seafood is vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and sealed securely. It is then placed in a box with gel ice packs to maintain the optimal temperature during delivery, ensuring your seafood arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and photos of the item. We will promptly investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.
If the fish you ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to choose an alternative product, arrange the shipment for the next delivery day, or receive a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best possible service
Yes, we have a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 2 to 3 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will promptly address the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.
You can request to change or cancel your order shortly after placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to check if your order can still be modified or canceled. Once the order has been processed for delivery, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Yes, the minimum order weight is 1 kg. You can combine different fish packs in increments of 250g, 500g, or 750g to reach the minimum weight, and your cart will automatically calculate the total to ensure it meets the 1 kg requirement.
Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Please send us your postal code via WhatsApp, and we will provide you with the exact delivery fee for your area.
