We are virtually open 24/7 to accept orders.

How can I order?

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, Online card payments (we accept Visa and Mastercard)

How long does delivery / courier take? When will I receive my order?

We use temperature-controlled logistics to ensure the product quality and safety. The delivery time will be depended on the destination. Our delivery into Greater London from Tuesday to Saturday, other destinations can be discussed and arranged at your convenience.

Is there a minimum order weight?

Yes. 4kg is the minimum order quantity. Transport cost will be charged separately, for a larger volume our prices include competitive and comprehensive delivered prices. (Free delivery above 5kg)

Can we mix different types of seafood when purchasing?

Yes, you can mix different types of seafood in your purchase. However, please note that the minimum weight for each product should be 500g.

How much will my delivery charge be?

Please call us or email us regarding your requirement and will support you to the fullest.

Can I pre-order fish for delivery at a future date?

Yes, you can talk to our team anytime and discuss about your preorder and receive your products on time.

How can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed changes cannot be made. However, we understand your unavoidable circumstances therefore, you can contact us if you would prefer to cancel the order and place an amended one. Please contact us at +44 (0) 2035383384 and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I order fish that is not on the website?

There are fish we can offer on a bespoke order as long as we have a couple of days’ notice. Just email us or call us with your request and we can see what can be sourced.
